  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies.

  Key Responsibilities

  Sales:

  • Identify and target prospective clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting DAASA’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.

  Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote DAASA’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.

  Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.

  Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

  Key Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.

  Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and managing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  Personal Attributes:

  • Self-Starter, motivated and results-driven.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainable solutions.

  Benefits

  • Compensation Package: Monthly Gross Salary is N150,000 + Commission on sales. Commission are payable on a monthly basis, and are 2% of net revenue generated from your sales efforts.
  • Hybrid work mode (4 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Allowance for Call, and Data
  • Annual Salary review based on performance on achieving set targets.
  • Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year).
