enforcement authorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and continuously review the hotel&#39;s security policies, procedures, and operational standards.</li> <li>Take overall responsibility for the safety and security of guests, employees, hotel assets, and property.</li> <li>Lead and supervise the hotel&#39;s security team and ensure effective 24-hour security coverage.</li> <li>Develop security duty schedules and ensure appropriate deployment of security personnel across all shifts and strategic locations.</li> <li>Conduct regular security risk assessments and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and areas requiring improvement.</li> <li>Establish appropriate security measures for the hotel&#39;s entrances,   Job Summary

  • They are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead the hotel's security and safety operations.
  • The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the hotel's overall security programme, protecting guests, employees, assets, and facilities, and ensuring effective security coverage across the hotel, including guest rooms, VIP restaurant, rooftop bar, conference hall, parking areas, and other premises.
  • The successful candidate will also maintain effective relationships with relevant government security agencies and local law enforcement authorities.

  Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously review the hotel's security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Take overall responsibility for the safety and security of guests, employees, hotel assets, and property.
  • Lead and supervise the hotel's security team and ensure effective 24-hour security coverage.
  • Develop security duty schedules and ensure appropriate deployment of security personnel across all shifts and strategic locations.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Establish appropriate security measures for the hotel's entrances, exits, parking areas, guest floors, back-of-house areas, rooftop bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and other critical areas.
