  Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a British Curriculum School, ideally in an international school setting.
  • The Headteacher will be the Administrator of the School.
  • They will support the management to set and review the school’s priorities and Objectives, leading activities to ensure these are delivered.
  • Demonstrate exemplary leadership; develop, motivate and deploy teaching and non-teaching staff to secure the best possible use of available talent; determine and drive appropriate standards and targets to deliver improvement; and create an accountable, safe and positive learning environment in which diversity and co-operation are celebrated.

  Requirements

  • Qualification: M.Ed, B.Ed or HND / B.Sc with PGDE. TRCN is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8 Years of teaching experience, the last 3 of which must be in a leadership position monitoring and assessing Early Years Development, supporting and training staff, evaluating and planning the curriculum and planning phase development.
  • Our successful candidate is required to be self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player.

  Experience & Skills:

  • At least 8 years cognate experience
  • Excellent and effective communication skills & good team player
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of classroom management skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Computer & Internet literate: Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, etc.

  Salary
