  We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  
  Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are properly addressed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Support the company in maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery.

  Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Yoruba and Igbo language proficiency is preferred.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
