Job Purpose
- The Business Manager – Logistics & Distribution Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, business expansion, operational performance and profitability of the Logistics & Distribution Services Business Unit.
- The role drives the growth of the logistics business as an independent profit centre while providing integrated logistics and fulfilment support to the Group's service operations. Responsibilities include developing new markets, expanding the customer base, optimizing fleet operations, ensuring service excellence and delivering sustainable financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Commercial Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the logistics business and increase market share.
- Identify, secure and manage logistics contracts with corporate, commercial and institutional clients.
- Develop new logistics products and value-added services to diversify revenue streams.
- Build strategic partnerships that strengthen business growth and competitiveness.
Operations & Service Delivery:
- Oversee fleet operations, dispatch, route planning and last-mile delivery services.
