    Production & Fulfilment Supervisor (Laundry Supervisor)

    Job Purpose

    • The Production & Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all production and fulfilment activities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services.
    • The role oversees garment processing, quality assurance, packaging, inventory control and order fulfilment while ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to operating standards and continuous development of production personnel.

    Key Responsibilities
    Production Management:

    • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production and fulfilment activities.
    • Ensure efficient processing of garments and cleaning orders in accordance with established quality standards.
    • Allocate work and resources to achieve production targets and service delivery schedules.

    Fulfilment & Quality Assurance:

    • Oversee garment inspection, quality control, packaging and order fulfilment.
    • Ensure order accuracy and minimize rework, losses and customer complaints.
    • Monitor turnaround times and maintain consistently high service standards.

    Resource & Asset Management:

    • Supervise the effective utilization of personnel, equipment and production materials.
    • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and packaging materials.
    • Coordinate preventive maintenance and promptly report equipment faults.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, supervise and motivate production personnel to achieve operational targets.
    • Coach, train and mentor employees on production techniques, equipment operation, quality standards and workplace safety.
