  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience from the point of inquiry through service completion.
  • We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, confident, organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  Key Responsibilities
