  About the Role

  • They are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function, champion organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure effective people management across the organization.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
