  About the Role

  • We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational organization for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive enterprise-wide capability development, learning strategy, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, competency frameworks, capability development programmes, and learning systems that support business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's learning and capability development strategy.
  • Design competency frameworks and structured learning pathways.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Graduate Trainee and leadership development programmes.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning plans.
  • Design and deliver blended learning interventions.
  • Support the implementation and effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external learning providers.
  • Ensure compliance with learning policies, governance, and statutory training requirements.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related discipline.
  • Additional professional certifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing capability development programmes.
  • Experience developing learning content and managing learning interventions.
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
