  Role Summary

  • We are looking for a Student Recruitment & Admissions Lead to manage the student recruitment and admissions process, from generating qualified interest to converting applicants into enrolled students.
  • This is a hands-on, target-driven role involving field recruitment, relationship building, admissions coordination, lead management and data-driven follow-up.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly and monthly recruitment plans against enrolment targets.
  • Conduct outreach across schools, communities, youth networks and relevant events.

  • Proven experience managing prospects through a recruitment funnel and achieving conversion / enrolment targets.
  • Strong field execution and event facilitation skills.
  • Experience using a CRM, admissions platform or structured lead tracker.
