  Job Summary:

  The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting customers on tracking and fleet management issues.
  
  Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Guide new customers through onboarding, installation scheduling, and product use
  • Process service requests such as renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or areas for improvement

  Requirements
