Job Summary
- HRLeverage Africa is seeking a results-driven and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across various industries.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment targets and client expectations are consistently met.
- The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and demonstrate strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
