This involves participating in industry or regional surveys or conducting customized surveys.</li> <li>Based on market conditions, makes recommendations for adjustments to the Salary scales at least annually if applicable.</li> <li>Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, both newly created and those that require updating and revisions.</li> <li>Provides leadership and direction with respect to the company&rsquo;s performance management system.
