  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.
  • The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Meet established performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
