  Customer Service Representative

  We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, welcoming clients, managing appointments, following up with leads, and ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience from their first interaction with our clinic.

  This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

  Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients warmly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, existing clients, and leads for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and feedback.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments.
  • Follow up with clients after consultations and treatments to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, treatment options, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
  • Assist with client check-in and check-out processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure prompt response to all customer messages and inquiries.
  • Support front desk and administrative operations when required.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach at all times.

  Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, receptionist, call center, or client relations is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business or CRM software is an added advantage.
