  • Welcome patients as they contact the center personally or by telephone, and explain the services available e.g., payment categories and billing procedures.
  • Schedule appointments for direct walk-in patients and emergencies as per established policies and procedures.
  • Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff.
  • Populate the patient attendance weekly and monthly, distribute the same to the appropriate office.
  • Register all patients per registration protocols and collect all documentation.
  • Collect payment prior to the patient being seen by the Consultant per established policies and procedures. Inform patients of their outstanding balance, collect the balance, and issue a cash receipt when the balance is collected.
  • Work closely with the Consultant Radiologist, Medical and X-Ray staff to ensure smooth patient flow and cut down waiting time.
