  Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
  • Review approved manpower requisitions and confirm recruitment requirements with hiring managers.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview documentation and recruitment recommendations.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage the offer process and communicate employment offers to successful candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and recruitment timelines.
  • Follow up with hiring managers for timely interview feedback and recruitment decisions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical, specialised, and recurring positions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are properly documented and aligned with approved HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Ensure all approved vacancies are properly monitored from requisition to closure.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is complete before onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation for successful candidates.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires are adequately prepared for resumption.
  • Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employment.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including technical, commercial, professional, and managerial positions.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment within a fast-paced organization is an advantage.
