  Objective

  • To assess organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, HR policies, employee liabilities, leadership capacity, and restructuring opportunities.

  Key Responsibilities

  Organizational Assessment

  • Review current organizational structure. Assess reporting lines and spans of control. Identify duplication of roles and inefficiencies.
  • Workforce Analysis
  • Review workforce demographics.
  • Assess manpower utilization.
  • Review succession planning.
  • Evaluate critical skill gaps.

  Employee Cost Review

  • Analyze salary and benefits structures.
  • Assess payroll integrity.
  • Review pension and employee obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for workforce optimization.

  HR Compliance Review

  • Review employment contracts.
  • Assess labor law compliance.
  • Evaluate HR policies and procedures.
  • Change Management
  • Support restructuring implementation planning. Develop workforce transition recommendations.

  Deliverables

  • HR Due Diligence Report.
  • Organizational Effectiveness Assessment.
  • Workforce Optimization Plan.
  • Revised Organization Structure.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).
  • Minimum 10 years HR consulting experience.
  • Experience in organizational restructuring.
