  Our client, an established travel agency, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Human Resources Manager to lead its HR and administration function.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff documentation, attendance and punctuality tracking, employee relations, disciplinary documentation, performance management, personnel file management, HR reporting and workplace accountability.

  The role requires a practical HR professional who can support management in building a disciplined, responsive and service-oriented workforce. The candidate must be able to manage HR records, enforce standards, handle sensitive staff matters professionally and support role clarity across departments.

  Key Requirements

  • First degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for staff communication, HR documentation, workplace correspondence, management reporting and sensitive employee matters.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in HR, administration, people operations or employee relations.
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising or coordinating HR/Admin support staff.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, attendance management, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary documentation.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, workplace conduct, confidentiality, documentation and basic labour relations principles.
  • Experience in a service business, travel agency, hospitality, aviation, customer service, logistics, consulting or SME environment will be an advantage.
  • Ability to implement HR SOPs, checklists, trackers and workflow controls.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR trackers and HR reporting.
  • Professional certification or membership of CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or any recognised HR body will be an added advantage.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, fairness, firmness and professionalism.

  Salary: ₦600,000 monthly gross
