  As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of recruitment activities across Norrenberger Financial Group and its subsidiaries. The role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent while supporting a strong candidate experience and employer brand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment requirements across different business units.

  Job Details

  • Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with the Group’s workforce requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop appropriate candidate profiles, and provide recruitment guidance.
  • Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records on the HRIS/Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen Norrenberger’s position as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports on hiring activities, turnaround time, sourcing effectiveness, and other key recruitment indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, reference checks, background checks, and other required recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Support talent pipeline and workforce planning initiatives to address current and future talent requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment practices where required.

  Requirements

  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD, PHRi, or other relevant HR certification is an added advantage.

  KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and business functions.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and mid-level roles; exposure to senior-level recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
