  Human Resources Officer

  We are looking for an experienced, proactive Human Resources Personnel to manage end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure labor compliance across the organization.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory employment standards, and internal workplace policies.
  • Facilitate performance management reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle workplace relations, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive company culture.

  Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a core HR role.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and policy implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
