  About the Role

  We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Ibadan. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will support the end-to-end hiring process, help attract top talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Assist with employment documentation, offer preparation, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
  • Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or currently completing the program).
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proximity to Ring road and its environs.

  Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview coordination.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
