  Role Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and practice-oriented resource person to train participants in professional communication, customer handling, remote work tools, scheduling, documentation, virtual assistance workflows and service professionalism. The ideal candidate must be able to teach clearly, demonstrate practical tasks, mentor trainees and support measurable learning outcomes.

  Key Content Focus

  • Customer service principles and professional communication
  • Handling enquiries, complaints, difficult customers and service escalation
  • Remote work tools, task management, calendars and meeting coordination
  • Email, chat, call handling and documentation standards
  • Virtual assistant workflows, confidentiality and productivity habits

  Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver practical customer service and virtual assistant training sessions.
  • Use role-play, case studies and simulations to build customer handling and remote support skills.
  • Guide trainees to produce practical outputs such as email responses, meeting notes, client trackers and service scripts.
  • Assess trainee performance through scenarios, assignments and communication exercises.
  • Provide feedback and report trainee readiness for customer support, admin support and virtual assistant opportunities.

  Required Qualifications and Experience

  • HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Office Administration, Human Resources, ICT or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of customer service, administrative support, virtual assistance, call center, front desk, client support or remote operations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to teach professional etiquette and service standards.
  • Practical knowledge of email, calendars, meeting tools, shared documents and task management tools.
  • Prior training, coaching or team supervision experience is an advantage.
  • Preferred Attributes
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring and communication skills.
  • Ability to teach beginners using simple language and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Ability to prepare slides, handouts, practical exercises and assessment tasks.
  • Ability to support physical, virtual or blended training delivery.
  • Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, integrity and measurable trainee outcomes.
