  About the Role

  • Pazino Homes & Gardens is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across departments, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s expansion objectives.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Certification in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and business operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business management tools.
  • Strong understanding of business development, sales management, and operational processes.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate departmental managers and team members.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to executive management.
  • Manage resources, and overall business performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
