  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer recruitment assessments and evaluate candidates.
  • Perform background, reference, and employment verification checks where applicable.
  • Prepare interview reports and recruitment recommendations.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional bodies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and analytics for management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related discipline.
  • 2–4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
