  Job Summary:

  A highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Consultant specializing in Onboarding and Recruitment to join Dangote SAP Delivery Center in India. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of best-in-class talent acquisition and new hire onboarding processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise in recruitment and onboarding methodologies with hands-on experience configuring and leveraging leading HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding, Workday Recruiting/Onboarding). You'll guide clients through complex transformations, ensuring seamless candidate and new hire experiences, and aligning these critical processes with broader HR and business strategies.

  Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
    • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with HR and business stakeholders to thoroughly understand current recruitment and onboarding processes, pain points, and future state requirements.
    • Conduct detailed business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose optimal solutions leveraging industry best practices and system capabilities.
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for system configuration and process design.
  • Solution Design & Configuration (Platform Agnostic, with specific tool expertise):
    • Design, configure, and implement comprehensive solutions for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
      • Recruiting: Job requisition creation, candidate sourcing strategies, applicant tracking (ATS), interview management, offer management, talent pooling, and reporting.
      • Onboarding: New hire data collection, document management (e.g., I-9, tax forms), task management (pre-day one, day one, post-hire), cross-functional integration (IT, Payroll, Facilities), and new hire portal/experience.
    • Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, and security settings within the chosen HR technology platform (SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding, Workday Recruiting/Onboarding).
    • Develop detailed configuration workbooks and design documents.
  • Integration & Data Management:
    • Define and design integration points between Recruitment and Onboarding modules and other HR modules (e.g., Employee Central/Core HCM, Payroll, Time Management) and external systems (e.g., background check vendors, assessment tools, benefits providers).
    • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integrity across integrated systems.
    • Develop data migration strategies and support data cleansing and loading activities for recruitment and onboarding data.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts for recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Lead and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
  • Training & Change Management:
    • Develop detailed training materials and deliver effective training sessions for end-users, HR administrators, and super-users.
    • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Provide expert-level post-go-live support and troubleshooting for recruitment and onboarding solutions.
  • Project Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Act as a lead consultant on implementation projects, managing workstreams, scope, timelines, and deliverables for recruitment and onboarding.
    • Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical leads, and client teams.
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering their growth and sharing knowledge.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, accelerators, and internal knowledge bases.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on consulting experience in HR technology implementations, with a primary focus on Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Proven experience with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of leading HR platforms specifically covering Recruiting and Onboarding modules (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, Workday Recruiting & Onboarding).
  • Deep functional expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes (requisition to offer acceptance) and comprehensive new hire onboarding processes (pre-day one to full integration).
  • Hands-on configuration experience with relevant modules of a major HRIS platform.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts and data flow between HR modules and external systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  Desired Skills (Plus Points)

  • Relevant platform certifications (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding Certified, Workday Recruiting/Onboarding Certified).
  • Experience with other HR modules (Core HR/Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking) and their integration points.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics for talent acquisition metrics.
  • Experience in a consulting firm environment.
  • Knowledge of global HR compliance regulations related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Understanding of change management principles in HR technology adoption
