  Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Support Officer role based in Jos. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for networking, cyber-security, ERP infrastructure, website management, and IT systems across the organization.
  • Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues for end users.
  • The IT Support Officer will monitor system performance, apply security best practices, perform regular backups, and ensure business-critical applications and infrastructure operate reliably.
