Description
- Are you an experienced Welder Foreman with strong Hard-Facing, welding & fabrication expertise? This could be your next opportunity!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily welding, hard-facing & fabrication activities
- Allocate work and coordinate welders/support personnel
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & welding procedures
- Ensure compliance with API, BSI, ASME & AWS standards
- Inspect weld quality, dimensions and finished work
- Enforce strict HSE & quality requirements
- Manage welding equipment, materials and tools
- Minimize material waste and maximize productivity
- Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to welders
- Prepare progress reports and resolve operational challenges
Requirements
- SSCE + 2 years technical experience OR ND/SSCE + 8 years’ Hard-Facing Welding experience
