  • Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month

  The Confidential Secretary provides high-level secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to Principal Officers of Doviana College. You will handle sensitive documents, correspondence, and meetings with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  Education*: HND / ND in Secretarial Studies, Office Technology Management, Business Administration, or related field. BSc is an advantage

  Professional

  • Certificate in Shorthand and Typing - 100/50 wpm preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher

  Experience: 2-3 years experience as Secretary/Executive Assistant. Experience in tertiary institution or public service is an advantage

  Technical Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • ICT competence: Email, internet research, file management
  • Knowledge of records management and filing systems

  Personal Attributes:

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
  • Neat, presentable, and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  PREFERRED

  • TRCN registration if required to teach basic office practice
  • Knowledge of government/civil service procedures

  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Accuracy and timely delivery of minutes and correspondences
  • Proper management and security of confidential files
  • Efficient calendar and meeting coordination
  • Professional handling of visitors and communication
