  Administrative Assistant (Construction)

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and site/project teams
  • Organise and maintain company files, records, and documentation (contracts, invoices, permits, correspondence)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately
  • Prepare reports, memos, and letters as required
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to track project documentation and updates
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and staff record-keeping

  Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years' prior administrative experience within a construction company (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Must reside in or be willing to commute to Victoria Island, Lagos.
