    Assistant Office Administrator

    • The role of Assistant Office Administrator primarily encompasses providing support in the following: managing day-to-day office operations, administration, scheduling operations, client-facing contact, project coordination with the design and engineering team, document control, data analytics, financial administrative work, HR, audits, and liaising with our Abuja office team.

    QUALIFICATION & SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE

    • Graduated (within the last 2-4 years) with excellent grades
    • Must have at least 5 credit passes in WASCE, including Mathematics and English
    • Second class upper/upper credit - Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration / Office Administration / Communication / IT / HR Management / Statistics / Mathematics, or related discipline.
    • Above 2 years or more qualitative experience in an office environment
    • Good time management skills and attitude
    • High analytical skills
    • Aptitude for problem solving
    • Good self-organisation and self-motivation, and ability to manage assigned tasks
    • Good communication skills – being able to listen, comprehend, clarify and return feedback
    • High sense of responsibility and accountability
    • Good teamwork ability
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent computer skills
