  Job Summary

  • We are seeking a diligent and organized Litigation Clerk to support our legal team.
  • The Litigation Clerk will provide administrative, clerical, and legal support to the litigation team in the preparation, filing, tracking, and management of court processes and case files.
  • The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of court procedures, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation, filing, and service of court processes.
  • Maintain and update case files and legal documents.
  • Liaise with court registries and process servers.
  • Track court dates, filings, and deadlines.
  • Assist lawyers with legal research and court-related tasks.
