  Job Summary

  • Maxitech Global is seeking a responsible, organised, and proactive Office Assistant / Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment while providing day-to-day administrative and office support. T
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring office cleanliness, supporting internal administrative activities, and contributing to the smooth running of daily office operations.

  Key Responsibilities
  Cleaning and Facility Maintenance:

  • Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, offices, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect office surfaces daily.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, hygienic, and adequately stocked with toiletries.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues requiring attention.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

  Office Support:

  • Prepare and serve refreshments for staff, visitors, and meetings.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
  • Receive and organise office supplies and maintain the pantry.
  • Run official errands as assigned.
  • Assist with the movement and arrangement of office furniture and materials when required.
  • Support the HR & Admin team with routine operational tasks.

  Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar Office Assistant, Administrative Support, or Cleaning role.

  Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and punctual.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
