  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with basic office management and logistics.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or executive secretary role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
