  Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure the effective management of our most valuable asset – our people. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills who can foster a positive work environment, drive recruitment and talent management strategies, and support organizational growth and development. The Human Resource Manager will collaborate across departments to implement HR initiatives that align with our company objectives and comply with legal requirements. They will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, guiding on policy, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.   Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and ensure company compliance with labor laws.
  • Promote workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership to support decision making

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role for at least 5 years
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience with HR software and databases
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
