  The KNOSK Charity Education Initiative is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Fundraiser to support the organisation in mobilising financial and other resources for its educational and social-impact programmes.

  Key Responsibilities

  The Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying and pursuing grants, sponsorships, donor and partnership opportunities; developing compelling proposals and fundraising materials; building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners; supporting fundraising campaigns and resource mobilisation activities; tracking fundraising opportunities and targets; and providing timely donor communications and reports.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, business development, resource mobilisation, donor relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing, research, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in education, nonprofit, charity, or social-impact organisations is an advantage.
